• 20x Jewel of Bless

• 20x Jewel of Soul

• 1x Jewel of Chaos

• 1x Jewel of Creation

Step 1 - Open Trainer npc and click Guardian Upgrade:

• You have a chance to get one to three options

• The higher the level of your mount, the higher the success rate when improving the mount.

There, now you have your Ice Dragon.
