Located in Noria, the Chaos Goblin Machine is used to create and upgrade items! The machine, run by Goblins, is entirely powered by Jewels. The machine is an ancient construct that converts jewels to manipulate, combine and create entirely new items! However, the technology is not necessarily stable and therefore may occasionally destroy items during a match. Either way, it will be one of the most useful NPCs in the game!

Notes and tips: Lucky Talisman: increases the success rate in creation. Talisman of Chaos Assembly: Protects the main item used in the combination from disappearing if crafting fails.
